Deposit Policy
All Horseshoe fishing charters must be confirm 24 hours before your scheduled charter date. Cancellations or rescheduling a charter date must be made 7 Days in Advance, in writing via email to Last Kast Charters at, lastkastcharters@gmail.com for canceling a booking or changing dates for any reason other than storms / unsafe weather conditions after 7 days, will forfeit charter deposit.
Weather Policy
Fishing Charter may be cancelled due to severe weather. Fishing trips usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the Captain may cancel the fishing trip up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the Captain cancels the event, you will be allowed to reschedule (subject to availability) and or receive credit for a future event, 100% Refund.
Other Policies
All participants must sign a liability waiver Prior to boarding the boat, Those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them. We can email you a copy, please sign and email back or bring hard copy with you at boarding time.
